Idris Aregbe Calls On Nigerian Youths To Eschew Violence, Vote Tinubu As President

Idris Aregbe could be rated as one of Nigeria’s most audible voices canvassing for the progressiveness and advancement of the entire population of the youths in the country. The suave Aregbe, a quintessential businessman, pragmatic political analyst and an enigmatic youth ambassador has called on the country’s younger generation to eschew any forms of violence that could jeopardize the peaceful conduct of the 2023 general elections kicking off on Saturday the 25th of February for the presidential and state/national assemblies and on March 11 for the governorship elections.

In his message tagged APPEAL FOR YOUTHS TO SHUN ACTS THAT VIOLATE ELECTION LAWS, Aregbe, Coordinator of Idris Connecting Nigeria: Support for Sustainable Governance opined that in the last few months leading to the general elections, the Nigerian political terrain became rife with mudslinging, hate speeches and misinformation of all sorts. He also expressed that information flew high about whoever various analysts speculate to be the next president of the country and ideologists were consigned to the back burner as insults became tradable commodities to push the agenda of many camps.

Idris Aregbe, a unifying factor in the Nigerian political space however solicit for calm and apple to fellow Nigerians most especially the youths to desist from being used for any acts of brigandage, violence, rigging or other sanctionable offences that may run foul of penal and electoral laws of the land. Idris then advised the youths that electing the country’s president is not a function of sentimental words or the mere whipping of emotion against the opposition without clear cut strategy on how to move the nation forward. While calling on all eligible voting Nigerians to troop out on Saturday and cast their ballots for their next President, Hon. Idris Aregbe urge people not to waste their votes by thumb printing for any other candidate than Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the presidential candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Aregbe is of the conviction that Asiwaju is tested, trusted and gallantly capable of birthing the Nigerian dream as a visionary, pragmatic as a compassionate leader with many other admirable traits. According to him, Tinubu possesses unique vision that allows him see the big picture and the ability to convey the vision to others, helping them to stay motivated and engaged. He is a strategic thinker who demonstrates empathy, engaging and building meaningful working relationships with people around him. Aregbe expressed further on the Jagaban Borgu stressing that he is authentic and self-aware, open-minded and creative, flexible and open to creative ideas. Asiwaju is a dependable person with unshakeable determination, courage and respect.

Aregbe is also of the view that Nigerians need a President like Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu who knows the strategies to rescue the country from its present state of economic doldrum because he is a man with the interest of the people at heart. Tinubu is a youth builder having inspired and nurtured many young generation of Nigerians regardless of culture, tribe and religion status into greatness. This is evident in the youths constituting a significant proportion of his administration and this is a legacy he intends to infuse into the country’s leadership. It is therefore time that the youths build on that desired pathway that would see them transit without encumbrance into leaders of tomorrow. Aregbe narrated Tinubu to be the most wanted Nigeria president because he is undoubtedly the quintessential leader for a country at crossroads. Conclusively, Idris Aregbe called on the youths and voting populace to play their patriotic part in this great historical process, go out on Saturday, February the 25th and cast their votes as responsible citizens for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu  for a prosperous, forward-moving and peacefully united Nigeria, he submitted.
