William Shakespeare in one of his most famous quotes Stated that when princes or princesses die, the heaven themselves blazes forth comets to announce their passing. And so it was for the late Princess Titilade Ijiwole nee Adewuyi who transcended to higher glory recently. From all across the globe, Africa and back home in Nigeria, it was a deluge of tributes as people from all works of lives whom this royal parsonage paid glowing and soul touching tributes to Princess Uiwoye.

In one of the most soulful and touching tributes to Princess Ijiwole, a no lesser personage but the Mayor of Banjul,  Hon. Rohey Malick Lowe described Her Royal Highness the late Princess Ijiwole as a woman who gifted all that came in contact with her with the virtue of perseverance and hope during her time on earth.  The tribute read;

From God we hail and to Him shall we return” and so is my dear friend FCC, Her Royal Highness, Princess TITILADE IJIWOLE, NEE ADEWUYI.

When the sad news broke out, my anguish and sadness turned into prayers; for that is the best to do for our great Princess. I know she’s in a better place now, but I still miss her terribly. I pray that her departure make us stronger.

As I offer my condolences to the Princess’ loving family and all her friends and loved ones, there is deep sadness in my heart, but trying to make you all feel honored and special for knowing the amazing person that the Princess was. She showed us that no matter how hard life can be, we must all learn from it every day and embrace every moment of it.

Her love and kindness is incomparable as she walked upon this earth with purpose.

She has played her part well in this dear life and I pray that the Almighty God rewards her

Finally, I must thank the departed Princes for having been a dear friend and sister, a relationship I have cherished all this while. Her memory will continue to linger in mind till eternity. Have a great journey up there my dear departed one, I’m sure we’ll meet again. May the Angels lead you on to the gardens of heavenly Paradise..
