As the February 25 Presidential election is astronomically fast approaching, the All Progressives Congress, APC’s flagbearer, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu and his running mate, Alhaji Kashim Shettima are embarking on rigorous campaigns for massive victory at the polls.
However, one man that is strategically working vehemently for the success of Asiwaju is world renowned Alhaji Comrade Musiliu Akinsanya a.k.a MC Oluomo. The Chairman, Lagos State Parks and Garages Management Committee. Oluomo’s zealousness in routing for the emergence of Asiwaju Tinubu as Nigeria’s next president is not farfetched. It is obvious that Tinubu contributed massively to the successful reigns if MC Oluomo both as State Treasurer of the Lagos State chapter of the defunct National Union of Road Transport Workers (NURTW) and his subsequent emergence as the union’s state Chairman.
Asiwaju also gave him all necessary supports to become the head honcho at the recently formed Lagos State Parks and Garages Management Committee after NURTW was dissolved.
On his own part however, Comrade Musiliu Akinsanya a.k.a MC Oluomo has also been distinguished as one of Nigeria’s most prolific humanitarians who is heavily committed to alleviating the poverty levels of the people. He is so magnanimous that he has used his God-given wealth to put heavy smiles on the faces of the poor and impoverished. Only a handful of movie and music practitioners would forget the huge financial impacts of MC Oluomo in their careers. He has helped many movie producers and directors achieve their goals by providing the needed finances to embark on their productions. Musicians, most especially those in the Fuji genre would can never ignore the financial input of MC Oluomo both while visiting the studios or while on stage. From the oldest among them to the youngest, MC has been very instrumental to their successes.
He is a wonderful benefactor and a mentor to many up and coming business personalities who are inspired by his philantropic gestures.
These humanitarian traits and as a man who appreciates the fantastic contributions of Asiwaju Tinubu to his life, endeared MC Oluomo to organize a 5 million people rally in Lagos in support of Asiwaju’s presidential hope.
The rally was also to show support for the re-election of the Lagos state Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, his running mate, Dr Obafemi Hamzat and all the APC candidates in the state. The APC supporters, who defied the early downpour, converged at the entrance of Teslim Balogun Stadium in Surulere early that day.
No doubt, MC Oluomo, who maintains a father and son relationship with Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu spent heavily to achieve this campaign strategy and its touted to be one of the most attended rallies in this campaign period so far. The hierarchy of APC are sure to recognize and appreciate the great effort of Oluomo as regards this achievement.
Oluomo is also a benevolent and very caring father who gave his children the best of education they would value for life. His children’s academic attainment are awesome and remarkable. MC Oluomo’s life could be termed a magnificent one because of his many impactful roles in humanity generally.
