…as Mrs. Morenike Arisekola urges them to be hopeful of more love, care and affection

The unrelenting, untiring woman of golden heart, a genuine Mother Theresa of our time, an indefatigable life giver and smile provider Mrs. Morenike Arisekola, has done it again. This time, she has proven to be an authentic caring daughter to all old mothers and fathers in Africa. Through her renowned non-governmental organization, Acts of Love Africa Foundation (AOL), Mrs. Arisekola has touched and blessed many souls. Indigent children were the ones who  first got her attention when the rescue mission commenced and today, Acts of Love Africa Foundation has transformed the lives of many hitherto helpless and hopeless kids roaming the streets and hawking goods unnecessarily. She took the kids out of their academic dungeons, registered hundreds.of them in schools for proper education and extended her generosity to their parents. Again, through Acts of Love Africa Foundation, Mrs. Morenike Arisekola also took very good care of the impoverished members of the society, ensuring that poverty is completely eradicated from the African continent. And recently in Ile-Ife, this song was rendered by old people who once again, benefitted from the uncommon philanthropic gestures of Mrs. Morenike Arisekola, Founder/CEO, Acts of Love Africa Foundation (AOL), Nigeria, Dublin and the UK.

“Morenike pe mi si bi ire, me le sai de ibi ayo o, ori lo mo ohun eda o, ori lo mo ohun eda le se.”

This is the song joyfully rendered by old men and women who were all gathered at the prestigious Oba Okunade Sijuwade Memorial Hall, Oke Itase adjacent the Ooni’s Palace, Ile Ife, Osun State Nigeria.

The event, which took place on Friday the 23rd of February, 2024 witnessed a mammoth crowd of distinguished aged members of our society who all came to be part of the passionate show of love from AOL. A well coordinated event with all due protocols observed and respected, the event was strictly organized for the old who were given cash gifts by representatives of Acts Love Africa Foundation, who anchored the event.

Grandmothers and grandfathers were all seen, heavily smiling and displaying their optimum level of joy, excitement and absolute gratitude to Mrs. Morenike Arisekola and Acts of Love Africa Foundation for this unforgettable gesture which will remain indelible in their memories.
